Coaching
Structure
Our Coaching Structure is designed to support BG's National Technical Priorities and, in particular, the development pathways laid down by that structure.
Although not all our members will want to compete we are, first and foremost, a club that focuses on developing competitors who are able to perform to their maximum ability. As members join us they will be informally assessed as to whether they are ready to immediately pursue a competitive route or whether an alternate pathway is more appropriate. Those on the competitive route will work through the New Competition Structure whilst those not yet ready for that route will be taken through the BG Award Level route instead.
