FAQs

QWhere do you train?
ABrentwood School Sports Centre, Middleton Hall Lane, CM15 8EE
QWhen are you open?
AMonday, Wednesday & Thursday 5:45 – 8:45 & Saturday 1:30 – 4:30. We strive to remain open throughout the year (including school holidays), but are unable to use the hall on bank holidays or times when the school has an event. You can see when our upcoming sessions are on our home page.
QHow much do you charge?
AWe review our charges every September, you can see our current charges here.
QHow old do you need to be?
AThere is no specific limit but, generally speaking, the lower age limit is normally around 3 although much depends on the child’s ability to listen and follow basic instruction. We do ask, though, that a responsible adult accompanies those that are likely to run around whilst not on the trampoline (our coaches are there to coach, not act as child minders). There is no upper age limit although you ought to check with your doctor before attending if you are not used to aerobic activity.
QCan members compete?
AYes, we have always been a competitive club operating at as many levels as our members require. All members are encouraged, although are not required, to compete.
QHow do you get started?
AThe best way to get going is to attend our pay-as-you-go sessions (Wednesday evenings for over-16s and Saturdays for all ages).
QWhat about insurance?
AAs a British Gymnastics club we are fully insured although regular members must also join British Gymnastics. Occasional and pay-as-you-go attendees are covered by a reduced level of cover under BG’s ‘Block Registration Scheme’.
